Executions Page Basics

Navigating there

To get to the Executions page, move into a dataset and click on the "Executions" tab.

Overview

You can view the Executions page and tab through several different flows, but you will more oftentimes than not access it through a dataset overview page. In general it will have a layout showing columns in this order:

  1. ID - a number identifier unique to an execution

  2. Workflow - the workflow that the execution took place in

  3. Version - the software version used to execute

  4. Status - how far the execution has progressed

  5. Results - the ResultScore of the execution

  6. Files - the files used to obtain results

  7. Start - the beginning time of the execution

  8. End - the completion time of the execution

Avenues

You will spend a lot of time interacting with this page and it will be important to know where hyperlinks take you.

  1. ID: clicking on the ID of an execution will take you to that singular execution's overview page where you can view results, files, logs, workflows, and download files.

  2. Workflow - clicking the Workflow hyperlink included in the row of the execution of interest will take you to an overview page for the workflow's pipeline.

  3. Version - clicking the Version hyperlink included in the row of the execution of interest will take you to an overview page of the workflow version corresponding with the execution of interest. You will also be able to see the other executions that also used the same workflow version.

  4. Results - clicking on the ResultScore of the execution of interest will take you to the single result source comparison page. On this page you will see all of your results under the table on the left, and the visualization viewer on the right.

  5. Files - by clicking the File hyperlinks that correspond with the execution you are interested in, you will be taken to the output file page for that particular execution.
