Automatic execution of post-processors on output files (based on their filename patterns) is mediated at the Workflow or Workflow Version level. Settings at the Workflow level will be inherited by each associated Workflow Version unless explicitly overridden.

Configuring Automatic Post-Processing

To modify these settings, start by navigating to the Workflow or Workflow Version page.

Under the Outputs > Output Files section, click the Edit (pencil) button in the appropriate row to change the processing of that filetype.

In the Edit File Actions modal, select the appropriate processor name from the Post-Processing dropdown.

Click Submit to save these settings. The post-processor will now be run on any future executions of this configured workflow or workflow version. Note: this does not apply to already-completed executions. To kick off on already-completed executions, force re-processing of the execution or kick off the processor manually.
