Adding a New Xray Integration
Create an API Key in Xray following the instructions here
From Manage App Integrations, open the Quick Actions menu and click Add Xray Integration
Configure the integration with the Client ID and Client Secret from Step 1.
Click Save to complete the integration.
To start using the Xray integration in your test automation, simply add your Xray test case Jira IDs to relevant assertion checks within your test blocks.
Updating an Existing Xray Integration
Please follow the steps below in this exact order. Performing the steps out of order will result in needing to start the process over again. Please note that if you need to change your Client ID, your Client Secret will need to be re-entered also.
To change your Client ID, navigate to Manage App Integrations and click the Edit button corresponding to the integration that you want to update.
Edit the Client ID and click Save. This should refresh the page and your Client ID field should be populated with the value you just entered.
Click Edit App Password and enter the Client Secret. Click Save on that form. You should see a banner at the top of your screen with the message "Successfully updated app integration password for Xray".
